TCS Q4 revenue boost, double hikes for top performer employees

TCS’s Chief HR Officer announced the salary hike of 4.5% to 7%. It depends on the employee’s performance. Employees with exceptional performance will receive double increments. Every year TCS hires 40,000  freshers students in the financial year  2024. TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) is one of India’s largest IT companies. Recently the TCS revenue boost has revealed the plans for annual increments for TCS employees.

Milind Lakkad, Chief HR Officer made the decision and announced on 12th April 2024 to increase salary in the range of 4.5% -7%. This has been continuously going as per new rules and regulation.

TCS Q4 revenue boost

TCS reported a 9% increase in net profit revenue of Rs. 12434 crore for the IV quarterly results of the Financial Year 2024 and in the last year it was Rs. 11392 as per the annual reports. The financial performance of TCS has maintained a standard as compared to other MNC companies. The employees will get the profit as per the range mentioned by the team.
