Delhi Water Minister –Atishi taken hospital due to hunger strike

Ms. Atishi, Delhi’s Water Minister was rushed and taken immediately to the hospital after 5 days. When she started a hunger strike due to the reason of water crisis in Delhi. In the year 2024 when the maximum heatwave consumed water a lot of people were facing a water crisis. This is not in Delhi but all over India states.

Delhi’s Water Minister was admitted to hospital. When it came to know about reducing sugar levels below 36 whereas the normal range lies between 70-100mg/dL. AAP(Aam Aadmi Party ) accused Haryana of not supplying water in the city. On the other side BJP(Bharatiya Janata Party ) denied the charges. And they blamed the AAP party government for the crisis created.
Talking about Atishi where she didn’t eat anything not a single bite in her mouth for the past 5 days. She was sitting strongly to follow the protest against the water crisis. She was referred immediately to the ICU. Delhi was announced as one of the hottest cities in the year 2024. The temperature of Delhi was in the highest peak. Fight Between Delhi and Haryana

Due to this everyone was expecting electricity and ample amounts of water everywhere. Whether it was home, office, mall, company, or industry. Approximately 99% areas of Delhi were almost running from water shortage and every morning people waited for water tankers to come. Due to this water tankers have also increased the rate of water. Seeing this disruption many people granted the price offered but what about the lower society. How can they manage an entire day without having a proper water supply?
Atishi has blamed the Haryana government for holding huge amounts of water not to be supplied in Delhi although they are the neighboring cities. Haryana gets water from Yamuna, not only Delhi but other boundary cities depend on the river. It is simply said that you can own your house or property but can’t own water. It is naturally provided by the earth and nobody has the right to take any against or not providing water.
On the other way, the Haryana government inspect that it is not our fault but it is the fault of the entire mismanagement of the Delhi Government and they are the sole responsible for the water crisis created in their cities
